Song of Storms is an infamous song, though few know its notes. Its effects can be activated after it is played skillfully for at least ten seconds. The weather in the nearby vicinity will abruptly change to that of either a light shower or--more likely--a thunderstorm, varying with the location and the current weather. The process generally takes at least a couple minutes.
The Song of Storms treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Ocarina of Time. More information about the canonical version of this treasure can likely be found on Zelda Wiki.

Lowest Cost W5: 10 rupees |
The user can gain the Variable Storm augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. A user with this augment can determine what kind of storm to summon, such as a blizzard, thunderstorm, or cyclone, so long as the chosen storm fits the surrounding environment in one of the four seasons. For example, a blizzard could be summoned in Castle Town, but not a sandstorm, since a sandstorm would almost never naturally occur.
