The target which drinks this will regain some of its energy and heal minor wounds (to include non-life-threatening injuries such as cuts and bruises). The caster herself cannot gain its effects. The amount of water the caster uses is limited, but can generally affect any amount between a shot glass and a small bucket. Any water that isn't drunk becomes normal water after about 10 minutes. The user can normally only cast this spell once per hour.

This treasure is a racial perk for Tiny Fairy. As such, a Tiny Fairy can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. Whenever a Tiny Fairy gains this spell, he or she may also acquire the Quick Rejuvenation augment freely.
