Needle Storm is an offensive technique. To use it, the user concentrates her magical power into her palm, then flicks her hand, summoning a long and slender yet sturdy needle ideal for offensive throwing. The user can flick her hand repeatedly to summon multiple needles. The user possesses the ability to fling up to three of these needles in a single swipe of her hand, all with pinpoint accuracy, but can also use the needles for melee combat or utility purposes.
The Needle Storm treasure does not appear verbatim within the official Zelda series. However, it does appear in Super Smash Bros. Melee. In that game, Needle Storm is a technique used by Sheik.
